The Most Delicious Chocolate Maca Mug Cake

Maca is one of those super foods you hear so much about but knowing what to do with it can be really difficult! This Mug Cake recipe, is both nourishing and delicious, combining healthy unrefined alternatives to the original dessert.

Molten Maca Mug Cake (Vegan/Free From)
This is a delicious dessert you can make in minutes. Delicious free from mug cake, made with oats, maca powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, and oat milk. Creamy smooth and melt in the mouth, topped with Berries and Granola Bites.
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup Add more if you like it sweet
- 1/2 tsp Maca Powder
- 1 tbsp Unsweetend Cocoa
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp Oat Milk add more if your mix is very dry
- Almond Butter
- Mini Granola Bites
Add your oats, maca powder, and water to a bowl.
Heat for 2 minutes in the microwave.
Remove and stir in your cocoa powder until combined. Mix in your oat milk, maple syrup and leave to stand for 2 minutes.
Place your mixture into a mug and bake for 2 minutes in the microwave.
Remove and top with your favorite toppings.
