Vegan & Gluten Free Acia Berry Chia Pudding Recipe
Today’s post is a new favorite of mine, and one that is so simple and easy to make. It takes seconds to blitz these ingredients up in a blender; I love to use froothie as they suck the air out so your fruit doesnt deoxidise, which when Im creating recipes to save for later is really useful, and the flavour is amazing! If you are a chia pudding fan like me you need to try it blended; no lumps and bumps, but all the goodness, in one smooth mousse like bowl!

Acai, Chia Breakfast Bowl Recipe (Vegan + Gluten Free)
Acai, Chia Superfood Smoothie (Vegan + Gluten Free)
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Acai Pellets
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- Handful Chopped Grapes
- Chia Seeds
- Handful Raspberries
- Natural Coconut Yoghurt (I use Coconut Collab)
Acai, Chia Superfood Smoothie
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute or until completely smooth.
Place contents into a bowl. Add dots of yoghurt and use a cocktail stick to swirl it out and make a pretty yoghurt design.
Add Raspberries, Chia Seeds, and Grapes.
(Add in lines to make the bowl pretty.)
Enjoy! If you are using the Froothie Vacuum function, place in fridge to have at a later time if you wish.
