As you may have seen on my Instagram if you follow me over there, which you definitely should 😉 I was recently so kindly sent a whole collection of Nush yogurts, which have been a firm favorite of mine for a while now!

Today I thought I would sit down and give my full thoughts on the yogurts and share them with you, incase like me you want a dairy free yogurt alternative but dont fancy a coconut or soya variety.
I just want to say that all thoughts in this post are completely my own and I have not been paid to write or talk about these products! I just love them!!

Nush are a free from company who make delicious luxury free from yogurts! They are right in line with my own ethos that we need to disprove the myth that free from is boring. Because we all know free from is fun, delicious and is taking steps to save the planet!

What is the texture like?
So thick and creamy! Honestly these yogurts are the ultimate luxury when it comes to dairy free yogurt alternatives. I find some can be so thin and runny but these are like a greek yogurt in texture.
Which is better almond or cashew?
I’m a huge fan of the Nush almond milk varieties, but I do love both!
Which is the Best Flavor?
I find this question so hard. I am a huge fan of vanilla anything, but I have to pick either peach melba, or banoffee. Nush got the flavors just right and its so nice to have some fun dairy free alternative flavours.
What would I rate Nush out of 10?
It has to be 10. I was sent the products quickly, the flavours are spot on and honestly the texture is dreamy!
Nourishing Vegan Blueberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Nourishing Blueberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1 handful Blueberries
- 1/2 tub Nush Blueberry Yogurt
- 2 tbsp almond milk (I love alpro)
- 1 Handful Blueberries
- 1 tsp Nush almond yoghurt (To create swirls)
- 1 tsp Puffed Quinoa
- 4 Almonds Chopped
Place all ingredients in a blender. (I use froothie Vac 2)
Blend ingredients until smooth. If using your froothie blender then blend on the smoothie function.
pour into your favorite smoothie bowl.
Chop almonds, and some of your blueberries.
Spoon onto your smoothie a couple of blobs of your almond yogurt. Use a cocktail stick to swirl into a pretty pattern.
Top your bowl with the blueberries and almonds and then finish by sprinkling on puffed quinoa. Add edible flowers for a pretty finish if you would like!
