Vegan Nush Yogurt Review and A Blueberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Spread the love

Hi Guys!

Welcome to another post!

As you may have seen on my Instagram if you follow me over there, which you definitely should šŸ˜‰ I was recently so kindly sent a whole collection of Nush yogurts, which have been a firm favorite of mine for a while now!

If you haven’t already checked out myĀ  Ā delicious Banoffee Nice cream bowl with the Nush Banoffee yogurt then make sure you check that out.

Today I thought I would sit down and give my full thoughts on the yogurts and share them with you, incase like me you want a dairy free yogurt alternative but dont fancy a coconut or soya variety.

I just want to say that all thoughts in this post are completely my own and I have not been paid to write or talk about these products! I just love them!!

Who Are Nush?

Nush are a free from company who make delicious luxury free from yogurts! They are right in line with my own ethos that we need to disprove the myth that free from is boring. Because we all know free from is fun, delicious and is taking steps to save the planet!

If you want to read more about Nush check them out here.

What Flavor Yogurts to Nush Do?

  1. Banoffee
  2. Caramel and Hibisus
  3. Blueberry
  4. Strawberry
  5. Vanilla
  6. Peach Melba
  7. Cashew Plain
  8. Almond Plain

Where can you buy Nush Yogurts?

  • Sainsburys
  • Ocado
  • Waitrose
  • Selfridges
  • Whole foods
  • and loads more places which you can check out here

What is the texture like?

So thick and creamy! Honestly these yogurts are the ultimate luxury when it comes to dairy free yogurt alternatives. I find some can be so thin and runny but these are like a greek yogurt in texture.

Which is better almond or cashew?

I’m a huge fan of the Nush almond milk varieties, but I do love both!

Which is the Best Flavor?

I find this question so hard. I am a huge fan of vanilla anything, but I have to pick either peach melba, or banoffee. Nush got the flavors just right and its so nice to have some fun dairy free alternative flavours.

What would I rate Nush out of 10?

It has to be 10. I was sent the products quickly, the flavours are spot on and honestly the texture is dreamy!

I love the look of Nush! Coconut dairy replacements give me acne for some weird reason and I don’t like having too much soy (sorry Alpro) so Nush sound ideal for me. The flavours all sound amazing too but I can’t find them anywhere near me. I’m dying to get my hands on some. Your smoothie bowl looks amazing as always x
