Weigh out your dates and cashew butter.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until sticky and smooth. (Add more almond milk if needed)
Leave to the side until needed
Place frozen bananas (let them defrost for two minute before blending), and yogurt into a blender. Blend until thick and creamy. Make sure not to over blend the mix.
Top the nice cream with the date caramel, and chunks of chocolate. Melt the chocolate for an even more indulgent finish!
