Acai, Chia Breakfast Bowl Recipe (Vegan + Gluten Free)

Ingredients

Acai, Chia Superfood Smoothie (Vegan + Gluten Free)

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Acai Pellets
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk

Toppings

  • Handful Chopped Grapes
  • Chia Seeds
  • Handful Raspberries
  • Natural Coconut Yoghurt (I use Coconut Collab)

Instructions

Acai, Chia Superfood Smoothie

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute or until completely smooth.

  2. Place contents into a bowl. Add dots of yoghurt and use a cocktail stick to swirl it out and make a pretty yoghurt design.

Toppings

  1. Add Raspberries, Chia Seeds, and Grapes. 

    (Add in lines to make the bowl pretty.)

  2. Enjoy! If you are using the Froothie Vacuum function, place in fridge to have at a later time if you wish.
