Healthy Vegan Chickpea and Coriander Falafel

Ingredients

Falafel Ingredients

  • 50 g Oats
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tin Drained Chickpeas
  • 1 handful Corriander
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter

Instructions

Falafel Recipe

  1. Add your Almond Milk, Chickpeas, Corriander, Peanut Butter and Maple Syrup into a blender.

  2. Roll into tbsp sized balls.

  3. Spray with lofat cooking spray.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
