Nourishing Blueberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 handful Blueberries
  • 1/2 tub Nush Blueberry Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp almond milk (I love alpro)

Toppings

  • 1 Handful Blueberries
  • 1 tsp Nush almond yoghurt (To create swirls)
  • 1 tsp Puffed Quinoa
  • 4 Almonds Chopped

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. (I use froothie Vac 2)

  2. Blend ingredients until smooth. If using your froothie blender then blend on the smoothie function. 

  3. pour into your favorite smoothie bowl.

To decorate

  1. Chop almonds, and some of your blueberries.

  2. Spoon onto your smoothie a couple of blobs of your almond yogurt. Use a cocktail stick to swirl into a pretty pattern.

  3. Top your bowl with the blueberries and almonds and then finish by sprinkling on puffed quinoa. Add edible flowers for a pretty finish if you would like!
